Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the organizational environment on job satisfaction, the impact of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, the impact of the organizational environment on community behavior, organizational citizenship, the impact of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and the impact of work. The validity of the data was tested using SPSS, while the reliability was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data analysis techniques were carried out using SEM with the AMOS program version 19.0. The research results show that the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, commitment to the organization has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
